Enforcement Directorate has dispatched a letter to CM Hemant Soren seeking his reply to a set of questions. 

Though questions asked by the central agency are not known, ED is reported to have sought CM Soren’s reply in between January 16- 20,2023. 

This letter is understood to be ED’s “last” letter to CM Soren for questioning, failing, reports claim, the central investigating agency will  come if he failed to do so this time.

Also, this letter is considered as 8th letter- cum- summons issued by the ED to Chief Minister Hemant Soren seeking his availability for questioning in a money laundering case linked to an alleged land scam and mining case of Sahebgunj.
