Jharkhand High Court today declined to hear the petition filed by the lawyer of Hemant Soren challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the alleged Army land grab case.

Soren was arrested by the ED on Wednesday night. On Thursday, the petition was filed and pleaded for an urgent hearing of the case. However, the High Court refused saying, there appears to be no urgency to hear it today.

And the court fixed the date for hearing it on Friday.
