Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be accorded a rousing welcome in Jharkhand, BJP headquarters in Ranchi on Sunday informed.

BJP leaders said PM Narendra Modi arrived in Jharkhand to address election rallies during his two-day visit. He will be accorded welcome by state unit party leaders at the airport. 

This will be Modi's first visit after the Lok Sabha polls 2024 were notified by the Election Commission on March 20. 

As per his schedule. PM Modi will land in Ranchi to fly to Chaibasa to address an election rally for the Congress turned BJP candidate Geeta Koda on May 3. 

After Chaibasa, PM Modi will address an election rally in Palamau on May 4 for the BJP candidate BD Ram who is trying to retain his seat for the second time.  

Then, PM Modi flies to Sisai in Gumla to address an election rally for the BJP candidate Samir Oraon in Lohardaga ( ST Reserve) seat.
