National Health Mission (NHM), Jharkhand, in collaboration with PATH, is busy with a mega programme - train 600 health care workers in Jharkhand.
More than a month long programme beginning today, July 29, and concluding on September 3, aims to train health care workers at the district and the state levels.
Billed as 'Strengthening Oxygen Utilization and Respiratory Care Ecosystems', the programme is meant to train health care workers belonging to all 24 districts of Jharkhand.
The training programme was kick started today from District Jamtara. Similarly. this mode of training will be provided at every district headquarter.
As per the plan, PATH aims to train more than 600 Health care workers on ways to make them skilled under the subject - ‘strengthening oxygen utilisation and respiratory care eco systems.’
In effect, this programme can prove useful in health care system of this state. Observers feel, trained health care workers, who are capable to ensure the efficient use of oxygen resources, can improve the outcome of treatment of patients in the form of availability of robust respiratory care ecosystem in Jharkhand.
