*LJP leader Chirag Paswan lands in Ranchi. He was welcomed by his party workers at Birsa Munda Airport in capital city of Jharkhand on August 25,2024.
Chirag Paswan, who is an ally of the BJP, received a rousing welcome on Sunday in Ranchi from where he embarked on his pre poll strategy formulation for his party Lok Jan Shakti( R) in Jharkhand.
Paswan’s Ranchi visit has gained significance since the state is heading toward Assembly polls by the year 2024 end and his party LJP( R) plans to spread its base in Jharkhand.
Paswan, Union Cabinet Minister, was accompanied by LJP( R) MP, Shambhavi Choudhary, Arun Bharti and other party leaders, is planning to field party candidates in the state.
As per his plan, apart from formulating strategies for the upcoming assembly polls, he is supposed to select candidates and their constituencies in Jharkhand having 81 seats.
Not one seat was ever won by LJP( R).His party lacks base in the state.
