In his pro-people programme-Jan Samvad-Sidhi Baat,Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das directed all Deputy Commissioners of the state to ensure that all teachers were linked with Aadhaar and their photographs appeared on the notice board of these schools within a month so that parents of students know who were employed to teach them.

“This is essential because there were complaints that some teachers in schools had employed teachers on a contract basis and as such they stayed away from the schools and took monthly salaries while their deployed teachers attended schools and taught students, said the CM.

This had paralysed teaching in these schools, opinied the CM.”Link the prisoners of the jail with Aadhaar cards”,directed Das during the Sidhi Baat with the DCs through video conference from Suchna Bhawan in Ranchi on Tuesday when Gopi Krishna Verma,a resident of Giridih, informed that students of Utkrimit madhya Vidalaya,Harodih, were not getting the state government’s benefits.

Other directive given by the CM to DCs were:
*Put up teachers photographs on the notice board of schools within a month.
*Stop making payment to teachers who don’t put up their Aadhaar card pictures.

The CM directed the DC of Gumla to provide jobs to girls, stop migration and jail middlemen who were responsible for migration.
