On his birthday, JMM chief Shibu Soren received greetings from two unexpected guests at his official residence in Ranchi on Saturday. 

They were BJP leaders - Champai Soren and Raghubar Das. 

Champai Soren who had quit the JMM and joined the BJP before the Lok Sabha general elections met him and wished him for healthy life. Their meeting was flashed by Chmpai Soren on social media platform X. 

Raghubar Das who has rejoined the BJP after resigning from the post of Governor, Odisha, and who is expected to lead the saffron party in the state, met Shibu Soren and wished him by bowing down before Shibu Soren sitting on a chair.  

Also, Raghubar Das handed over a bouquet of flowers to Shibu Soren’s wife - Rupi Soren who was photographed blessing him by touching his head.

The birthday events have raised many eyebrows over the possibility of Champai Soren returning to the JMM and Raghubar Das moving forward to lead the BJP's state unit.
