The Faculty Development Program (FDP) organized by the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, concluded successfully today. 

Jharkhand Central University Vice Chancellor Prof Kshiti Bhushan Das attended the valedictory session. Program Held from 24th January to 29th January. the program aimed to enhance the teaching practices and knowledge of the university's faculty members. 

The inaugural session was addressed by Professor Dr. Shanthakumar, Director, GNLU Gandhinagar. 

On the first day, NUSRL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GNLU Gandhinagar. While the FDP prominent speakers shared their expertise, Professor Dr. N. K. Chakraborty, Vice Chancellor, NUJS Kolkata, delivered a lecture on Legal Research Design. 

Dr. Satyaki Roy, Coordinator, NPTEL, IIT Kanpur, provided insights on launching and managing online courses, explaining the technical aspects and the benefits of such courses. 

Dr. Anshuman Hazarika, Assistant Professor, IIM Ranchi, discussed how case studies, supported by technology, can be an effective teaching method. He also highlighted various sources and websites for case study materials. 

Professor Lisa P. Lukose presented teaching tools and methods that can be utilized in the academic setting. Mrs. Rama Kondapalli elaborated on strategies for improving NAAC rankings. 

Mr. Bhavin Patel, Director, of Trust Bridge Rule of Law Foundation, talked about the design of diploma courses, emphasizing the importance of course structure and alignment with student needs. 

Dr. Ashok R. Patil, Vice Chancellor, NUSRL Ranchi, expressed, "This FDP program has been an excellent opportunity for us to engage in crucial discussions that will benefit both the faculty and the development of the university and its students. 

The program has infused us with renewed energy, and we are excited to begin the new academic session with enthusiasm. We have gained invaluable insights from these five days."
