Women beneficiaries of the Maiya Samman Yojana is expected to receive the sum of 7th instalment of Rs 5000 each before the festival of Holi. 

Reports based on unofficial statements from the Chief Minister Office indicate that the online payment to beneficiaries of Maiya yojna will be made before March 15,2025. 

The ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM)-led INDIA bloc had promised to increase the amount from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 to the women aged between 18 to 50. 

This scheme implemented before the assembly polls on January 4,2024 is said to have played an important role in the victory of INDIA bloc, which won 56 out of 81 Assembly seats in the State. 

The instalment of ₹2,500 was transferred to some of the beneficiaries for the month of December while the instalment for January would be transferred later this month.
