Come March 28 when the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate( CJM) in Ranchi will hear the maintainability of a petition filed by Rina Ghosh against ex MLA Sita Soren.

Rina Ghosh, who is sister of Devashish Ghosh,once Personal Assistant of Sita Soren, who had lodged FIR alleging he (Ghosh ) had brandished pistol on her during an altercation in posh Sonotel Hotel under Saraidhela police station at late night of March 7,is the complainant.

In her complaint, Rina Ghosh has alleged that Sita Soren had abducted Devasish Ghosh and using “force of weapon” got money transferred.

Not the least, Sita Soren used “ illegal pistol” and filed FIR against him on false charges, Rina Ghosh has alleged seeking the directive from the CJM to allow registration of FIR against Sita Soren.

Incidentally, on March 7, responding to Sita Soren’s FIR, Dhanbad Deputy superintendent of police ( law and order) Nausad Alam had told media persons that the incident against Sita Soren had occurred between 12 to 1 am on the same day.

“As Debashish Ghosh brandished pistol on former MLA Sita Sore in hotel room her body guard bodyguard bounced on him and overpowered duly. Getting information Dhanbad police reached the hostel and arrested Debashish Ghosh.”

Later, the police had also recovered country made pistol from possession of Debashish Ghosh.

On the complaint of Sita Soren, police lodged FIR against Debashish Manoranjan Ghosh and he is being produced in court.

According to Dhanbad police, the preliminary investigation indicated that there was hot discussion between Sita Soren and Debashish Ghosh over misuse of fund during last assembly election of Jharkhand.

Amidst hot argument he brandished pistol on her, Sita Soren alleged.

“ Security lapses were also found in the incident and police are investigating the matter”, DSP Nausad Alam had said . The staff of Sita Soren knew Debashish Ghosh who used to keep country made pistol with him, he added.

The police official said Sita Soren had come Dhanbad that evening to attend a marriage ceremony in Katras area of Baghmara block. Debashish Ghosh was driving her car. After attending function , she returned Saraidhela area based Sonotel Hotel for night stay where the incident took place .
