A two-day seminar held at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, concluded successfully. 

The seminar focused on various issues related to business, economy, and law in Jharkhand. During the event, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Bennett University, New Delhi, and NUSRL. Several law students from different colleges also participated in the technical sessions.

The closing ceremony was attended by hon'ble justice Deepak Roshan of the Jharkhand High Court. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between law and business, discussing concepts like "Lex Economics" and the role of legal frameworks in shaping effective policies. 

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ashok R. Patil highlighted the significance of interdisciplinary cooperation in legal discussions and shared how the university is working towards inclusive development and creating new learning opportunities for students.

The seminar aimed to strengthen the state's economy, improve the business environment, and address emerging challenges. The first session of the closing day focused on how business, economy, and law can work together in Jharkhand. 

Discussions included the state's industrial potential, opportunities in the steel and mineral industries, market demand, digital infrastructure, innovation, financial and legal reforms, and investments in renewable energy. A consensus was reached on adopting a holistic and inclusive approach for economic reforms in Jharkhand.

Prominent participants included Dr. Amritanshu Prasad, Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Sanjeev Shekhar from the Adani Group, and several experts from the fields of law and education. 

Certificates were distributed to all participants at the end of the program, and a vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Mrityunjay Mayank. The Centre for Business Laws is run by Dr. Hiral Mehta Kumar, Dr. Shweta Mohan, Dr. Sanchita Tewari, Dr. Mrityunjay Mayank and Mr. Shantanu Braj Choubey.
