In the chairmanship of Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat and Vigilance Department, a meeting was organized in the Jharkhand Secretariat about the preparations for the main function of the Jharkhand's Foundation Day. Principal Secretary gave suggestions to the organizing committee members about the program. He said that the ceremony should be arranged with full magnificence and dignity.
