The Kul Devi Market along Hazaribagh Road in Ranchi is in shock and grief.This was because a group of 4-5 (yet to be identified) criminals had badly throttled a jewellery shop keeper Manoj Kumar Jaiswal.The police took his badly stabbed body to the nearby Santevita hospital where his condition was learnt to be 'critical.'
