Ex-servicemen Anirudh Singh, who has played a key role in providing jobs to many ex-servicemen of Jharkhand, trained scores of tribal women and got them employed as female security guards across metro cities in India gained Doctoral degree by US University for his research work on 'CONSTRAINTS AND RESTRAINTS OF TRIBAL YOUTH IN SKILL DEVELOPMENT'.
