Chief Minister Raghubar Das today released the book "Shadi ka Sapna", written by a young writer, Kiki aka Swati Singh, in Project building. The Chief Minister said that Kiki kept writing despite being a divyang. He said that living life to the fullest and fighting for the values is important. Chief Minister gave best wishes to the young writer. On this occasion, the kin of the young writer Kiki Singh were also present.
