Come cultivation time in post monsoon, children were sacrificed for bumper agriculture production in rural Jharkhand. The scene was no different this year when the monsoon has not brought average rainfall across the state. The police this morning recovered head chopped bodies of two children in Semarhat village under Manika police station area in Palamau. The bodies were sent for post mortem and the investigations have begun, said the police.
