A boy slit the throats of his nephew and sister-in-law. After committing the heinous crime, he visited Dumaria police station in East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand and informed the cops. Soon, Musabani Dy.SP Pitambar Singh took him into custody and together with him came to the venue of the crime and sent bodies for post mortem.
