HEC gets new CMD: Ranchi based PSU acquired its new top boss on Tuesday. Union Heavy Industry Ministry has appointed Dr Nalin Singhal as its CMD for three months. Singhal who was Chairman cum CMD of another PSU Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, and who took charge on October 1, 2019 will remain in office till end of December 31, 2019. Record wise, he has done B.Tech(Electrical Engg) from IIT-Delhi and PGDM from IIM(Calcutta) and has been a Commonwealth Scholar. He is a Ph.D. in Transport Economics from the University in the UK.
