DGP directs officers to identify fund providers to Naxals. In fact, all those who have been funding Maoists were on the Jharkhand police radar. The possibility is the state police involved in gaining their names and backgrounds can reveal their names and act against them. In view of the challenges to conduct free, fair and peaceful Assembly polls in the state, DGP Kamal Nayan Choubey held a meeting inside the state police headquarter in Ranchi on Friday. He directed senior officers to identify all those persons were were involved in funding the banned Maoist outfits.
