Barnawal asked to report to the Personnel Dept.

The state government led by new Chief Minister Hemant Soren has transferred Principal Secretary to CM Raghubar Das and directed him to join the Personnel Department.

Barnawal who called the shots in Raghubar government is not given any post so far.
