The state government led by Chief Minister Raghubar Das has offered a fine policy to empower women in Jharkhand.The policy allows women to get registration of land free of cost.This means that every woman will only have to enclose Re one revenue stamp to get the land registered in her own name across the state,said the CM in a review meeting in Ranchi on Wednesday.
