They sought food from the hotel operator at 10 pm on Friday night. When he failed to provide it to them at Jawahar Bhojnaylaya in Garhwa, three of them shot at Sunil Kesri. While Kesri was undergoing treatment inside the hospital, police have arrested four accused, it is learnt.
