Former TAC member Mr. Ratan Tirkey paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Mr. Hemant Soren. He was accompanied by Mr. Johnson Topno, State Manager of Fia Foundation and Denis Pankaj of E&Y. While presenting the Constitution of India, he gave his suggestions for the development of the state.
