Veteran Bollywood star Shashi Kapoor has been honoured with the Lifetime Achievement award at the 6th Jagran Film Festival in Mumbai.

The 77-year-old actor, who is wheelchair bound, attended the event last night despite his ill health and received the award from filmmaker Shyam Benegal.

Besides honouring Kapoor, the festival, attended by many celebrities, gave away awards in 25 categories
