Information about the campaign will be shared at the launch of anti-TIP caravan.  The campaign is organized in Jharkhand in partnership with Directorate of Social Welfare, UNICEF, CID and Department of Labor to create awareness among the common people.

Interactive street-plays, films on human trafficking and survivor stories will be highlighted during the caravan’s travel to the rural areas. The caravan will also carry a traveling exhibition on ramifications of trafficking and ploys used by the traffickers, to build awareness.

Working together to end all forms of human trafficking is a key pillar of U.S.-India partnership and the U.S. Consulate General in Kolkata has been working as a convener, with the Jharkhand Government, to bring together all stakeholders to counter human trafficking in the eastern India.
