Oxford Public School, Ranchi celebrated Paryatan Parv on Tuesday to promote environment friendly tourism policy of the government. On this occasion a painting competition was organised in which more than 150 students from std. VI to XII participated and exhibited their artistic knack on the theme “Tourism Promotes Plurality of Cultures”.

On this occasion the students of classes VI to VII were taken for an excursion to Tagore Hill. The students were very excited to the famous tourist place of Ranchi.

Suraj Sharma, Principal of the school highlighted the importance of tourism in promoting the national integrity and increasing the economy of the country.

The Principal advised the students and staff to spread awakening among people to ensure cleanliness, piousness and safety of such places.
