Ranchi is the capital of Jharkhand where not a single Covid 19 case was registered till today- 5th day of total 21 days long Lockdown enforced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 25, 2020.

Other than these cows moving around on roads, the tricolor national flag and a couple of policemen guard the official residence of Soren.

In fact, Soren and the entire state administration and the police seem to be trying their best to enforce  Lockdown to prevent the spread of Coronavirus - Covid 19 pandemic.

However, since no government directive was issued for these milk providing domestic animals, the policemen watched them while these cows as they moved forward to pick up food- grass, leaves, waste eatables - from garbage and dump yards near the Suchna Bhawan, outside the CM's residence.

n any case, the Gau Rakshaks ( Cow protectors belonging to the Hindu community) were indoors. Some of them were following the government directives to protect themselves believing in the PM Narendra Modi's advise-'stay home, stay safe'.

Still, other Gaurakshaks, like many other citizens, were busy serving food to poor slum inhabitants free of cost. Some others under the umbrellas of NGOs were distributing masks and sanitizers free of cost.

Result? Almost all men, women and children belong to different communities were seen wearing masks.

These cows were free from masks. And in the absence of traffic and jams, these cows look as if they were smiling and giggling while moving around.

They seem to be experiencing the essence of freedom in life, a feature nonexistent in normal working days when these roads suffered from air pollution, sound pollution and horrific traffic jams.
