With the Jharkhand Assembly polls around the corner, some of the top political leaders in the state are reportedly making all effort to secure tickets for their family members.

Congress’ legislative party leader Rajendra Singh is likely to field his son from Bokaro on the party ticket. Congress leader Dadai Dubey’s son has already got a party ticket for Chhatarpur Assemly seat.

Bharatiya Janata Party’s Giridih MP Ravindra Pandey is trying hard to get a party ticket for his son from Giridih.

JMM supremo Shibu Soren is likely to field his third son Basant from Santhal Pargana legislative Assembly seat.

Jharkhand’s  former Assembly speaker Inder Singh Namdhari, who was also an independent MP, is fielding his son Dilip from Chatra. Dilip had lost the Assembly election from Chatra in 2009 to RJD’s Janardhan Paswan.

According to sources, state Cabinet Minister Rajendra Prasad Singh went to Delhi with his son Jaimangal Singh alias Anoop Singh a few days ago to seek a party ticket for his son.

It is also said BJP state president Ravindra Rai is seeking ticket for his brother Surendra Rai.
