While contesting tri-angular contest in most of total 81 Assembly constituencies in Jharkhand, the ruling BJP today released its manifesto, promising to provide one job to every eligible member of the Below Poverty Line families.

Another promise of the BJP led by CM Raghubar Das is to build 70 new Eklavya(single teacher)Vidyalaya (school) and double the number of schools for primitive Pahariya tribe by 2022. 

The manifesto was released in Ranchi  jointly by Union Ministers- Ravi Shankar Prasad and Arjun Munda-CM Raghubar Das,BJP's state Unit Election Incharge Om Mathur and the party's state unit president Laxman Gilua..

Main promises incorporated in the BJP's Jharkhand Assembly Polls 2019 Manifesto are as follows:
   
* More and more farmers will be provided Rs 5000 each under Mukhya Mantri Ashirvad Yojna.

*Agriculture Insurance will be launched to provide security coverage and financial support to farmers in the failure of any of the notified crop as a result of natural calamities.

*By building a water grid in Jharkhand, water will be provided to every farm and field of farmers. 

*Hostels will be constructed for Scheduled Tribe students in all districts.

*As many as 20 lakh youths will be selected and provided skill development courses so as to help them get jobs.

*To promote self-employment, the Start-Up Promotion fund will get an outlay of Rs 500 crore. 

*Every district will have two mega Skill Development Centres and the ITI/Skill Development Centre will be established in every block of the district.  

*To promote and train persons connected with sportspersons and coaches, the Sports University will be set up.

*Every winner of any international award will get a pension after attaining 60 years of age.

*Women will be provided 33 percent quota in gaining appropriate government jobs.

*A committee will be set up to examine and take action on the demands of Sahia and Angan Bari workers.

*Pulses(Dal) will be provided through Public Distribution System.

*Pre- Matric and Post- Matric Students belonging to economically weaker sections will be provided Rs 2,200 and Rs 7,000 respectively.

* Agro-Industrial Corridor connecting Ranchi-Gola-Dhanbad- Bokaro will be built.

* Jharkhand will be made Naxal free state and NRC implemented to block entry of migrants.

*Special fund of Rs 1000 crore will be allocated to modernise government schools and colleges.

* Move will be initiated to make and frame rules and after securing common opinion, the process to employ para teachers will be started.(para teachers were demanding for a long hike in salaries and regularization of their jobs.

*All journalists, Advocates and senior citizens will be provided health insurance under Ayushman Bharat scheme.
