When Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar meets his Jharkhand counterpart, Hemant Soren, the BJP leaders Deepak Prakash and Babulal Marandi will look the other way.

“Milne Dijiye. Mil Kar Wo hog kya bolenge iski janakari sabko hai”( Let them meet. What they will talk and say are well known to everybody), Deepak Prakash can say echoing the sentiments of Marandi.

As per schedule, after Nitish Kumar lands in Ranchi, he will get red carpet reception from the state government. And, CM Soren who has been an ally of the Congress and the RJD led by Bihar Deputy CM Tejaswi Yadav who is supporting Nitish Kumar-led JD(U) and has opposed the BJP, is bound to support Nitish Kumar’s move to unite Opposition leaders for giving joint fight to PM Narendra Modi led government in the country.

Notably, the meeting between the two leaders comes after Nitish Kumar met Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday. Today, both CMs - Nitish Kumar and Hemant Soren will jointly address the media after they shake hands and discuss inside a guided room in Ranchi.

Already these two leaders have made public that their meeting will take place inside Hemant Soren's residence at around 4:45 pm on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Nitish Kumar called on Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik's residence in Bhubaneshwar. The outcome was not clear.

However, Nitish Kumar and Naveen Patnaik later claimed they had not discussed any “political matter” but being old friends they talked about matters other than politics.
