When he was caught in a fodder scam and resigned as CM of Bihar, Lalu Prasad Yadav posted his wife Rabri Devi as CM in the 1990s.

Similarly, Hemant Soren who is in jail on charges of money laundering connected to a land scam has forwarded his wife Kalpana Soren in the political field. 

Right now when JMM led by Hemant Soren had put up the party’s senior leader Champai Soren as CM, Kalpana Soren is slated to address a public meeting in the Barhait Assembly constituency represented by Hemant Soren on March 10.
