A notification issued by the state personnel department said that Principal Secretary,Labour,MS Bhatia who had proceeded on long leave,will join the Personnel department after he returns to duty.
Ajay Kumar Singh,Secretary,Technical Education,was transferred and posted as Secretary Labour.He will continue to hold the post of Technical Education Secretary till further order.
