Contrasting facts are coming to light on the petrol bomb attack over the building of the Rashtriya Swayamswak Sangh (RSS) office in Ranchi on June 16, 2026.
While the cops in this state were investigating and studying the CCTV footage, Jharkhand Congress Minister Irfan Ansari made this statement suggesting a possible BJP role.
Ansari is on record having alleged that “they( BJP leaders) might be experts in such incidents to divert public attention”.
The attack, which involved petrol bombs hurled at the Nivaranpur RSS office in Ranchi, had triggered intense political friction.
Following a manhunt and brief police encounter, three suspects—Saif Ansari, Aman Ansari, and Sayam Sujan—were arrested.

State authorities and police investigations later revealed that the accused allegedly had ties to the ISI-backed terror outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Hindustan (TTH) and were radicalized while in Dubai.
Subsequently, the case was handed over to the National Investigation Agency.
Now, investigation by the NIA following interrogations of the above three accused, has revealed that they were backed by Pakistan’s ISI - funded Tehrik-e-Taliban Hindustan (TTH).
“ The three arrested accused were in constant touch with their handlers through encrypted platforms, including Botim and WhstsApp. The Botim app is widely used in Dubai”, said ANI report published by Times of India from New Delhi today ( June 19,2026).
“ The accused recorded the entire incident involving the throwing of petrol bombs on their mobile phones and later shared the footage with their handler.”
