As many as 500 villages in Naxalite infested villages will get electricity by August 15,2016.

*1161 villages connected with Grid will get electricity by December 2016.

*A special drive will be carried to connect Naxalite infested vilages such as Peshrar,Gudri and Navalong.

These were the major decisions recorded in a review meeting inside the Project Bhawan in Ranchi on Saturday.The meeting presided by Chief Secretary Raj Bala Verma was attended among others by the state Energy Department’s Principal Secretary S.K.G Rahate and Managing Director Rahul Purwar.
