IIIT Ranchi, in collaboration with Government Teachers' Training College (IASE), Ranchi, organized an Outreach Programme on "NEP 2020: Education for Viksit Bharat@2047" under Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam (ABSS) 2026.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Rajeev Srivastava, Director, IIIT Ranchi, and concluded successfully with insightful deliberations on the vision and implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

Faculty members from IIIT Ranchi—Dr. Gaurav Sundaram, Dr. Rajesh Dwivedi, Dr. Ankita Kumari, Dr. Noopur, and Dr. N. Kishore Babu—shared their perspectives on the key reforms envisioned under NEP 2020, emphasizing multidisciplinary education, innovation, research, skill development, and the evolving role of higher education institutions in realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047.

Prof. Rajeev Srivastava, Director, IIIT Ranchi, emphasized that NEP 2020 provides a transformative framework for building an inclusive, multidisciplinary, and future-ready education system. He encouraged educators and students to actively contribute towards realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047 through innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
