Chief Justice of India Surya Kant inaugurated a state-of-the-art data centre at Jharkhand High Court in Ranchi on Nov 2.
Reports put the investment at ₹25-35 crore. He also launched the new HC website, Online Certified Copy Application for civil courts, personalized cause list, and Dragon speech-to-text software. 
He called it a milestone for judicial modernisation, saying technology must make justice more accessible, not create new barriers.
