Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan visited Deoghar, Jharkhand, on October 10, 2026, to attend the 2nd Convocation Ceremony of AIIMS Deoghar and visit the Sainya Sampark Mela.

He graced the event as the chief guest for the 2nd Convocation Ceremony of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Deoghar.

Along side he visited the Sainya Sampark Mela held at BBMT Hospital in Deoghar.

On his arrival, he was received at Deoghar Airport by Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Minister of Health Irfan Ansari, and Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Prataprao Jadhav, who also joined as a special guest.
