The FIR filed at Kotwali police station today reveals that Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MLA Polus Surin had threatened to kill Kamakhaya Singh.

Singh,a contractor,had alleged that Surin had threatened to kill him.

In the past,Surin,who is ex Maoist,was facing the charge of conspiring to kill a government staff Bhushan Singh.Late Bhushan’s brother Kamani had in his FIR filed at Karra police station in Khunti district,had alleged that Surin was a conspirator in the murder of Bhushan.

Surin is yet to be either arrested or interrogated by the police
