The on-going Youth Festival at Morahabadi Maidan in Ranchi gained ground with many youths participating in it on its third day today.

In the ‘Rang De Basanti’ programme,the Limka Book of Record holder Ashok Shah shared his experience connected with the game of kite flying with students who had come to participate in the programme.
