Goa is all set to host the first edition of Science Film Festival of India (SCI-FFI) from January 14.

The three-day event is being organised by Vigyan Parishad, a body of the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, in association with Department of Science and Technology-Goa, Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), Goa Science Centre and National Institute of Oceanography, an official press release issues said.

Beside film screenings, discussions, interactive sessions and workshops with experts and scientists will also be held, the release said.
