HEC’s latest initiative for the industries it serves and its plans,was showcased at the World of Industry (WIN) INDIA.

It was inaugurated, today by Anant Geete, Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises along with Daniela Behrens, State Secretary, Ministry for Economics, Labour and Transport from Lower Saxony, Germany. CMD/HEC, Avijit Ghosh and Director (Production) Kushal Saha were also present. The Minister visited HEC stall and appreciated the exhibits.

The aim of this initiative is to help the participating and visiting industries gain an insight into HEC’s business verticals, upcoming products, collaborations & special forging facilities.

The participation is a major step forward in presenting standardized engineering solutions, manufacturing and quality assurance processes followed in HEC plants for its customers in the steel, mining, defence, space research, railways and other core sector industries.

The core competencies of HEC in manufacturing of product, sub-systems and components have been visually displayed along with up static models of CNC Deep Hole Boring Machine, Electric Rope Shovel and Dragline for visualization of its products.

A separate dynamic “Make in India – Lion model” manufactured in-house at 030 Shop, HEC has been put up at the entrance of the DHI pavilion. HEC has also put up a working model of Electric rope Shovel.

The showcased visuals and product models shows an innovative approach bringing together established practices, standards and integration of production system in the three plants of HEC Ltd.

World of Industry (WIN) INDIA show has been organized from 9-11 Dec, 2015 at Pragati Maidan New Delhi. It is organised by Hannover Milano Fairs India Pvt. Ltd, (HMFI) which is a joint venture of Deutsche Messe and Fiera Milano, the two leading trade fair organizations of European Union.

In this 9th edition of WIN INDIA, Department of Heavy Industries (DHI) is a co-host and Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is its industry patron. DHI is having a separate pavilion in Hall no 18 and the companies under the aegis of DHI are participating in the event.

World of Industry (WIN) INDIA show is scheduled for 9- 11 December 2015, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. WIN INDIA is organized by Hannover Milano Fairs India Pvt. Ltd.. WIN INDIA is the India edition of Hannover Messe show.

WIN INDIA has emerged as an ideal platform to launch and showcase products & services, exchange thoughts on innovation and has also served as an annual meeting point for International and Domestic manufacturers and investors to collaborate.
