A Taxpayers’ Lounge will be set up at the India International Trade Fair to provide various services including accepting PAN application and e-filin

g of returns.

The IITF 2015, to be held at Pragati Maidan in Delhi, will remain open from November 14 to 27.

“The theme of the Taxpayers’ Lounge is ‘Make in India’ and aims to generate awareness in the public about the various taxpayer- friendly initiatives taken by the Department,” a Union Finance Ministry statement said.

Tax-payer services will be provided at the lounge including e-filing of returns, viewing of tax credit through 26AS, applications for PAN and services of Tax Return, it added.
