Chief Minister, Raghubir Das inaugurated an Engineering College at Koderma today. This was the government’s Holi gift to the district. The college is to be set up by the Department of Higher and Technical Education under the auspices of the Koushal Vikas Programme and is to cost 100 crores 72 lakhs.State education minister Neera Yadav, who is also the sitting MLA from the district was present on the occasion as were some other Assembly members.Koderma is known for its mica mines but is largely underdeveloped in other areas.
