Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren was out of the state secretariat on an inspection drive.
First, he inspected Nehru park inside Ranchi based PSU Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd. He was accompanied by Chief Secretary Sukhdeo Singh inspected the Nehru Park.

Second, he together with Singh reached the Police headquarter office where top officers of the state police have their office chambers and office.
Both Nehru Park and the Police headquarter complex were packed with wild plants and grass, each showing there was no maintenance of these two sites.
