Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren led government is set to provide scholarships to meritorious students of the state to study abroad.

An announcement toward this end is likely anytime.

The scholarship is going to be provided in the name Raghunath Murmu, script creator of Ol Ciki, or the Santhali alphabet.
