Railway station in Ranchi will soon have an accelerator for passengers.

The railway board has already approved Rs 75 lakh for the accelerator project.NOIDA based company Autometres Alliance Ltd has bagged the job order.

As per the plan,the accelerator is to come up alongside the footbridge near the parcel office on the platform number one.This is supposed to take the passengers from the platform number one to two,three and four.

The second accelerator is supposed to take them back to platform number one via two and three.

Earlier,the Board had approved the accelerator project for theJamshedpur Railway station too.Both these projects are likely to be implemented by June end.
