A Special Investigative Team has been constituted by the state government led by Chief Minister Hemant Soren to investigate the death of a judge Uttam Anand near Golf ground in Dhanbad on Wednesday. 

A CCTV footage shows him jogging while a three- wheeler auto moved towards him and hit him. The Judge was declared dead in a hospital in Dhanbad. 

The police has registered a case of murder under Section 302 of the IPC against the accused. The driver of this auto was arrested by the police.
