The Bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice HMJ Surya Kant who heard and made sensational observation and opinion has been strongly questioned by a Delhi resident Ajay Gautam.

Gautam has filed a petition in the form of PIL for issuance of necessary order or direction to the one of the Bench of the top court headed by Justice Surya Kant in the matter of Nupur Sharma. 

Also his plea is to transfer her all pending cases in Delhi only under Article 20 of the Constitution of India.Mr Ajay Gautam is petitioner/applicant in person R/O 26/127-A, Ground Floor,Siddharth Gali No.10, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara Delhi. 

He has addressed his letter cum petition cum PIL to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court with a copy addressed to the President of India.

Though the response of the CJI and the President is not known, the text of the petitioner has its subject written in capital letters:”

“LETTER PETITION IN THE FORM OF PIL FOR ISSUANCE OF NECESSARY ORDER OR DIRECTION TO THE ONE OF THE BENCH OF THIS COURT HEADED MY HMJ SURYA KANT MADE IN THE MATTER OF ONE NUPUR SHARMA AND SU MOTO TRANSFER HER ALL PENDING CASES IN DELHI ONLY UNDER ARTICLE 20 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA”
