Two Advisors to Jharkhand Governor on sunday visited the iron ore mines inside the Saranda forests at Gua and Bahragora areas in West Singhbhum only to find no check post there. This made the state suffer from the loss of revenue.

These iron ore mines belong to the Steel Authority of India and from here hundreds of heavy vehicles carrying iron ores come and go out from Jharkhand to Orissa and West Bengal.

Both Gupta and Kumar,who were accompanied by the DGP Rajiv Kumar are learnt to have told the concerned officials to expedite the process to set up check posts there.
