When he had gone for morning walk,Government Railway  Police  Sub Inspector Amarjit Prasad fell and died in Dhanbad on Tuesday morning.

Prasad’s death has evoked shock and grief among railway personnel in Dhanbad.

“When he( Prasad) was lying down on the road,Government Railway Police jawans lifted him and admitted him at the railway hospital.

Soon railway hospital doctor referred him to a private Jalan hospital. When he was brought there, he was declared dead after medical examination.

Incidentally, on ground of “apathy” during duty, he was placed under suspension two weeks ago.On Tuesday when his suspension was slated to be revoked, Prasad lost his life due to “heart attack”, cribbed one of his family members.
